-swaddling ourselves in blankets and curling up into fetal position on the couch

salutations.

Hi.

Welcome to our new way of procrastinating while at work. Take off your shoes, unbuckle your pants… stay a while! Stella and I like to think we’re pretty funny and wanted to share our ridiculousness with the rest of Al Gore’s internet. Stella has already given ALL Y’ALL a bit of background on us, so I thought I’d give a little background on how WE met. Because it’s sort of relevant? Maybe?

So, before we were roommates, or even weekend drinking buddies, we were email-all-day-at-work friends. See, in the olden days, the days of YORE, this wouldn’t have ever happened. I doubt I would have had the patience to write out a letter by hand to some girl who went to college with my high school friend just because she ALSO had a soft spot for Eliot Yamin and he’s gnarly teeth. So it’s sort of fitting that we’re now blogging together. Group hug, everyone, group hug.
