nice to meet you.

hello, faithful reader.

this is an optimistic post, because i’m writing it with the assumption that one of you already exists. or will come to exist in the next few days. i welcome you to our new site. do you like it? will you stay for a while? who are you, anyway?

fine, fine. a little bit about ourselves, first. 

  1. we are 20-something roommates
  2. we live in chicago
  3. our apartment is across the street from a rotund Mexican grocer who sells us diet coke for 60 cents a can when we’ve run out and are in need of a fix
  4. we like making lists
  5. we recently requested the song “Where do you go? (My Lovely)” at a bar just to see if the dj would play it. because it is hilarious. he did. we took pictures with him.
